Terms of Service

These terms govern (a) your use of this website and (b) the web design and development services we provide. The specific scope, price, and timeline of any project are defined in a written proposal or quote that references these terms. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls for that project.

All prices published on this site are in US dollars and are fixed for the described scope. Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you in writing before any charges are incurred.

Standard payment terms are 50% due at project start and 50% due at launch, payable by major credit card or bank transfer. An itemized invoice is provided for every payment. Work pauses if a payment is more than 10 days overdue, and resumes promptly once payment is received. We never charge recurring fees unless you have explicitly signed up for a monthly plan (such as Care & Maintenance), which you may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

• Each package includes the number of design revision rounds listed on our Pricing page.
• Launch timelines (5–12 business days) begin once we receive your start payment and project materials (logo, photos, content access).
• Timelines may adjust if feedback or materials are delayed — we'll always tell you promptly if this happens.

You are responsible for the text, images, logos, and other materials you provide, and confirm you have the rights to use them. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to deliver your project. If copywriting or stock images are included in your package, we license them appropriately for your use.

After your final payment, you own the completed website design, content, and files we created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, and know-how, which we license to you as part of your completed website. Your domain is always registered in your name.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We work hard to keep the information on this site — including pricing — accurate and current. Sample design concepts shown on this site are illustrative examples of our design approach and do not represent a specific client engagement unless stated. If anything here appears inconsistent with your written quote, the quote governs.

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in line with your approved proposal. Because websites depend on third-party platforms (browsers, hosting providers, search engines), we cannot warrant uninterrupted operation or specific search-engine rankings. Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

• Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund of your start payment.
• After design has been presented: the start payment is retained for work performed; any refundable balance is returned.
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless we mutually agree to mediation first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
